Financial Difficulties Scholarships

The School Board recognizes that families can experience both short term and long term financial hardship as a result of loss of income through illness or other circumstances beyond their control. To this extent, families who are experiencing difficulty in meeting the fee requirements of the College can request assistance by completing the ‘Student Hardship Form’.

A financial assessment will be made as to eligibility. This will be followed by an interview with the Principal. Supporting documentation may be requested to enable a compassionate assessment of the family’s circumstances.
Applications must be lodged with Wisdom College before the end of term 3 of each academic year. An account holder who has been awarded a scholarship must have no outstanding account balance for the current year in order to receive the current year’s scholarship.
